Bliss Unlimited, LLC manufactures and markets the Coconut Bliss line of gourmet non-dairy frozen desserts, which were the focus of this site. The challenge here was to create a site that was both graphically rich and promotional; contained custom applications and community building features; and was an e-commerce platform. Extanto did the application design and development, graphic design, theming, and full site architecture for this site. View it here. |

The Center for Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity (CCSRE) at Stanford University provides opportunities for teaching and research on topics of race and ethnicity from both domestic and international comparative perspectives. The interesting challenge here was to build a robust publishing and promotional platform that was feature-rich, but at the same time allowed for non-technical users to upate and maintain it. Features include an online newsletter; a searchable, hierarchial staff directory, and context-specific banners. Extanto did the application design and development, graphic design, theming, and full site architecture for this site. View it here. |

Fembot, a project of The Center for the Study of Women in Society (CSWS) at the University of Oregon, is a new concept for multimodal publishing on gender, media, and technology — basically, a project to revise academic publishing for feminist scholars. Operating within budgetary constraints, Extanto modified a pre-built theme and delivered a powerful blogging platform that allows the project participants to collaborate in brainstorming and planning the Fembot project. Amithé was a challenging e-commerce site. The graphic requirements were exacting, resulting in a lot of time spent making sure that the menus and selections worked as the client wished in conjunction with the e-commerce module (OS Commerce). Additionally, Extanto coded custom blogging features and a calendar-based, rotating 'Featured Tea' for the front page. View the site here. |

Identify Foundation is a non-profit that creates, supports, and promotes solution-based projects benefiting animals, the environment, and human rights. Extanto did not design Identify's theme (it's a commercial theme). Instead we worked with them over a time-critical period to get various architectural features of the site working, such as their menu structure, and blog. Identify is an example of how we can work with what you have to make it better. View the site here. |
