Chief Executive Officer
Marshall L. Moseley
Marshall has over twenty-five years experience as a marketing professional and team leader in the computer and software industries. He honed his leadership skills as the Vice President of Product Management for Netword Inc. and as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lunar Logic Inc.
Marshall started his career as a programmer for the pioneering computer company, Kaypro Corp., and became the Technical Editor for their user magazine, PROFILES. He was a Software Analyst for Dataquest, Inc., then a division of Dun & Bradstreet; the Product Manager for Borland International's Quattro Pro and Quattro Pro for Windows spreadsheet; and a Product Planner with the Desktop Applications Division of Microsoft Corp.
Marshall led Lunar Logic's Content Department, creating processes for XML data integration and validation for the CengageNOW platform that are still in use today.
Mr. Moseley is the co-author of the Common Name Resolution Protocol (Internet Engineering Task Force RFC 3367), and the author of Working with Windows 3.1, from McGraw-Hill, and The Windows 3.1 Instant Reference, from Sybex books.
Chief Financial Officer
Ben Berry
Ben’s background is in international banking, project management, business development; and the management, policy and governance of non-profit organizations. He has extensive experience in the management of people, projects, and relationships. He has held positions of leadership with NationsBank, the American Society of Composers Authors and Publishers, and The Regional Alliances for Infrastructure and Network Security, where he served as Program Manager and Executive Director.
In addition to his work with Extanto, Ben is a consultant to non-profit organizations and emerging companies. He has served as Treasurer on the board of directors of the Heart of Now personal growth workshops. Ben is a graduate of Presbyterian College where he majored in Middle Eastern Politics and European History. He has completed Project Leadership studies at the Cornell University College of Engineering, and is currently obtaining his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Kyle Schweighauser
Kyle is an experienced Product Manager, Project Manager, and Business Unit Manager. With a technical grounding in Linux system administration and XML data integration, Kyle
established and led teams that built online learning systems like Virtual Biology Labs, Sociology Now, and History Unbound for Thompson Learning (now Cengage Learning).
At RightMedia (now Yahoo) he worked on payment services for mass market publishers, linking ad networks and the people who used them.
Kyle’s technical skills run the gamut from Java programming to PHP, to Perl, to advanced server setup and administration. As a Project Manager he’s worked in Scrum framework, Critical Chain, Service-Oriented Project Management, and Agile Programming methodologies. As a team leader and Project Manager Kyle specializes in helping disparate organizations work together, and in motivating people toward a common goal. Clear communication and realistic technical planning are his strong suit.
