Extanto is pleased to announce that we are partnering with Textmetrics, a technology company out of the Netherlands that has developed an augmented writing tool that helps business writers get the most out of their written communications. Our partnership was born from a shared interest in diversity, equity and inclusion. If you know Extanto, you know that we have been performing DEI content audits for academic publishers and other organizations for over half a decade while Textmetrics recently included a module focused on DEI in their writing tool.
Our collaboration with Textmetrics has led to our becoming involved with the UKG group, one of the largest providers of human resource management software in the world, with over $1B in revenue. UKG, too, “champions diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging as a global business imperative” In 2022, UKG inaugurated the UKG Diversity Accelerator Program (link here and here) as a way to encourage their clients to recognize many of the business advantages that DEI&B can have on the bottom line: from measurably driving innovation and growth to dramatically diminishing attrition. As a partner with Textmetrics, Extanto was invited to attend the UKG Aspire conference in Las Vegas in October, 2022. Our Chief Operations Officer, Kyle Schweighauser, attended as representative for Extanto and Textmetrics. Kyle said that he found it to be a profoundly inspirational experience and that, “it was great to see in person the commitment the Global Alliances leadership had for the Diversity Accelerator Program.”
Our work with Textmetrics, UKG and the diversity accelerator program has really only just begun. We hope that you will join with us as the DAP continues its rollout.
