Shipping, Payment, Warranty & Policies

Warranty provision.
Dectron USA products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year following inspection and acceptance by the Government and that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract. Seller’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of, or refund for, the affected item, at the Seller’s option.

This warranty will not apply:
1. If the customer misuses the item
2. If the item is not used within the specifications stated in product description
3. If the customer alters or modifies the item in any way; or
4. If the customer resells the item or does not otherwise use or administer the items through its employees or authorized agents.

Restocking Charges
Buyer pays for return shipping. No restocking fee will apply if equipment is returned in original packaging and in unused condition. If equipment displays visible signs of wear or damage, a 25-50% restocking fee will be deducted from amount refunded depending upon condition. If the original packaging is not viable, the equipment must be packed with expanding foam bags or heavy-duty bubble wrap in order to prevent damage to equipment in transit. Equipment received displaying obvious signs of heavy use or damage, such as heavy scratches or dents, is not eligible for any refund.

Cancellation
Prior to production, no cancellation charge will apply. After commencement of production, only actual cost incurred that the contractor can demonstrate.

Time of delivery. After Receipt of Order (ARO)
ARO 7 business days shipped for quantities of 39 or less of same item number.
ARO 45 days shipped for orders of quantities of 40 or more of same item number.
ARO 60 days shipped for custom orders.
